Care Philosophy

My approach to treating patients My approach to treating patients has been described as ?customer friendly?. I believe that being a healthcare provider is a privilege based upon providing friendly, courteous, and timely patient care that reflects the best of my abilities. I personally assess my patients obtaining a complete history and physical supplemented by appropriate x-ray and laboratory testing. Once a diagnosis is established, the acceptable treatment options are discussed. I believe it is the patient?s decision as to which option best meets his/her unique personal situation.

This physician doesn't spend more than 5 minutes with any one patient - both visits I had with him were extremely rushed. He had scheduled 5 other individuals to be seen in the same hour as myself on the second visit. Besides being very short, his manner sucks. He basically said since I wasn't a candidate for surgery because my symptoms weren't bad enough and my test scores on my EMG were so minuscule that he couldn't do anything for me. He refused to fill out a form I needed for a claim.
