I visited Dr. Kim and was very pleased. He wanted me to get a stress test. His office never followed up as promised. I attempted 3 times before my follow up call to get one scheduled and my calls were never returned. My follow up appointment rolled around and they called me to confirm and explained they never scheduled my stress test. They person I spoke to was understandably embarrassed and promised a call in 10 minutes which never came. I have since called 8 times and never get a call.

My PCP wanted me to see a cardiologist so he gave me a referral to Dr. Kim. The referral center at FL Hosp told me his office would call me with an appointment. Three weeks later I have yet to receive a call even though I left two voice mails. Dr. Kim may be the best doctor in the world but if I can't get in to see him, I can't recommend him to anyone else.
