I give him a 1 because it doesn’t let u give him a 0 , So unprofessional the office staff to the Dr he is to blame if he can’t run his staff right , I missed a appointment do to a family emergency and called them not even a hour later after dealing with the family emergency . The wannabe secretary on the other end goes off on me and says they can never see me at there office again because I missed the appointment, Stay away from this doctor office they don’t care about u or what your going through , I can see why there reviews are horrible.

So rude, full of himself. Have been to many drs. Never been treated like this before. Horrible! Makes you feel like your pain isn’t real. Worst thing to do to someone with an invisible disease. Maybe he needs to go back to school and learn about other diseases. Never treated my pain.

I left my review with google and would rather not sound like a bot by copying and pasting it. But to summarize, he was extremely rude, judgemental, and would defenately never recommend anyone to him. Finding the courage to speak out and leave reviews about him has become cathartic. Once again... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I would never recommend Dr Jan to friends or family. His bedside manner lacks professionalism and empathy. Dr Jan is arrogant and grandiose. His inability or unwillingness to understand and discover the challenges his patient faces in following his prescribed regime , far outweigh any expertise he may possess.

Avoid this joker at all costs. Dr. is a little full of himself but has no real concern for your well being. He is a liar and a scammer in my opinion. Went to him for epidural injections because of a lower back disc herniation and double knee injury and told him on the first days appointment that's what I needed. He wanted me to do meds and after 3 months told me he doesn't do epidural injections.

Wow... I can’t believe some of the reviews I have read...I had my first appointment today for chronic back pain and he was SO informative!! I actually called my husband after and told him that it was one of the best consults I have ever had! And I’m no stranger to that, being a breast cancer survivor! He gave me an examination BEFORE reading an mri report that I brought from another doctor and explained in detail what he thought my problem is in detail. He was 100% accurate!

I am a patient of Dr Jan for treatment of horrendous pain in my left leg. I am not able to walk without a walker due to numerous attempts to replace my left knee. So far Dr Jan has been very helpful in helping me to manage the pain. He is also a nice person to work with.

The staff at the desk was very rude and the place was a mess. Then I see this so called doctor. He yelled at me the whole time, with the door to the examining room open. Anytime I would answer his questions, he would rudely snap at me like I was giving wrong answers. He then examined me and physically hurt me, I had pain for days after. Then he proceeds to tell me an untruth, that it’s my fault he hurt me, because I’m in withdrawals from pain meds. What? This guy is not a good so called doctor.

I have been going to Dr Jan over 5 years now. He is very straight forward which i like. He is very punctual and all of the people complaining here are the same people that cause delays in doctors offices because they are always late or they cancel last minute. He is the only one that has been able to keep my pain manageable i have tried other doctors but I wouldnt trade Dr.Jan his personality might not be perfect for everybody but his medical treatment is the best

I would not recommend this place even if it was the devil asking. The office staff is the most disrespectful, rude and unaccommodating group I have ever met. When I was referred to this office I googled the practice and every review was right. The staff acts like you are working for them instead of them working for you. I am the patient and I was told that the insurance company denied my medication and now I am supposed to call my insurance company to find out what medication they will approve.

Scheduled to see Dr. Jan for chronic pain. Had to cancel appointment due to an issue with our sons daycare. The office called back the next day and said the only way the doctor would reschedule is if we paid $100 UP FRONT. $100 for what exactly? In case we needed to cancel again they would deduct their cancellation fee from the $100? Umm, what? No thank you. I need a doctor who cares.

Great Dr. But his staff treats you like a burden on them. If there is a situation you can't speak with Dr. Jan. Basically, you are treated like you are working for them instead of them working for you. And this you are paying for?
