One word....unimpressed. Not personable or professional. Him and his nurse did not work well together.

Dear Valued Patient, We are very sorry to hear about your visit. We value any & all comments and take each one into consideration when looking at ways we can improve our patients experience when visiting. Around the time of this visit a new nurse was working with Dr. Guse and we have no doubt this contributed to them "not working well together." Although this does not justify the entire experience we wanted to explain why this portion of the visit may have not been up to expectations. Thank you.
