Great experience! I had been told that foot surgery was "the worst". Dr. Fusco and his staff did a wonderful job. The discomfort wasn't that bad and I followed the instructions to the "T". Everything went wonderfully! I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! Thank you all so much!

I broke my ankle severely in 2001 and have been living in pain for over 19 years. For years my only option for relief was an ankle fusion. As a young man, I decided to chose the pain. I was recommended to see Dr. Fusco and see if I was a candidate for ankle replacement. Dr Fusco replaced my ankle on Dec. 15, 2019 and today I am pain free and able to do things that I have not done since the accident. Dr Fusco is the greatest doctor ever. If anyone is hesitant about having this procedure done please call me, PJ Mundle, at 850-259-7493. Also, I am 46 years old. I give Dr Fusco 300 STARS!

After months of constant plantar fasciitis foot pain, I've been able to resume normal activities, workouts, runs and have my life back! Very impressed with Dr. Fusco as he took time to thoroughly discuss my condition, answer all my questions, and apply treatment options and remedies to ease pain getting me back to an active lifestyle after only 1 appointment and followup. Stellar team and staff as well.

There is not enough words to say how attentive he was. How through he was. He did an ankle replacement due to an accident. He made you feel as if you were his only patient. I did exactly what he said and he explained it would be a year long process of healing. He is so good. I had no issues with the surgery nor healing process. I would highly recommend Dr Fussco.

Dr. Fusco is excellent. He actually takes the time to truly listen to your questions & concerns. He clearly explains his thought process & recommended course of treatment. He offers alternatives, laying out the pros & cons of each. I am very impressed and recommend him with no reservations. FYI - in spite of it being a very busy office “The trains run on time” which is also a rarity.

Dr. Fusco performed extensive foot reconstruction 4 weeks ago. He was extremely thorough on the procedure as well as what to expect. I have had no issues whatsoever since the operation and am healing very well. He answers any questions I might have and I was happy to hear that I am right where he expected me to be as far as my recovery. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing foot issues.

After 11 years, I was experiencing severe pain in my previously broken right ankle. (I could bearly walk.) Dr. Fusco told me that my ankle was in dire need of reconstructive surgery. He told me he planned to get my pain level from a 9+ to a 3, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst). After having the surgery at the end of August, 2018, I now have zero pain! I highly recommend Dr. Fusco... he knows what he's doing! (Thank you Dr. Fusco!)

My first visit with Dr. Fusco was on February 24th 2017 and I have continued to see him every 3 to 5 months over the past 2 years and 2 months. When I first visited I was unable to walk without pain due to my debilitating arthritis. I had no cartilage left in my right ankle and my left ankle was almost as bad. Over the course of two years, Dr. Fusco performed an arthrodesis (fusion) on my right ankle and an implant arthroplasty (artificial ankle joint) on my left ankle. I am now essentially pain free when I walk. I still have some physical therapy to do but I can see the end of the process. I thought I was doomed to a future of sitting around the house in pain like so many other 75 year old arthritic guys, but instead Dr. Fusco has skillfully returned my mobility. And it doesn't hurt to walk to the mail box any more. Finally, I'd like to say that he is also one of the nicest guys you'll likely ever meet.

Pain in my foot is what sent me to Dr. Thomas A. Fusco, D.P.M at Orthopaedic Associates at 1035 Mar Walt Drive in Fort Walton Beach, FL. He was able to find the source of the pain and relieve the symptoms in two appointments. I am aware the problem will return but will definitely go back to see Dr. Fusco when it does. I highly recommend him.

I had heard all sorts of horror stories about bunion surgery so needless to say I had put it off far too long but Dr. Fusco was great! He told me exactly what to expect and the outcome has been amazing. His post-op care was very thorough and he stayed on top of the healing process with frequent xrays to assure that it was healing right! I would recommend him to anyone needing a podiatrist!
