I've been going to Dr. Downham for a few years now. He's direct and to the point, which I appreciate. He also provides background info and answers any questions I may have. I'm usually someone that switches doctors frequently, trying to find one that I respect and that can help me. I don't see myself switching from Downham anytime soon, even after moving 15 miles away from Taylor.

I have NEVER left a bad review for a doctor until NOW. I left his office in tears. He belittled me and literally yelled at me several times. He said he had been doing “this” for 50 years but Ive been dealing with my condition for 28 years and I know what doesnt work for ME! He wanted me to switch from prescription to over the counter medicine. He also told me to switch from body wash to bar soap. YUCK! If you want a doctor that wont let you speak n doesnt practice modern medicine, hes ur guy.

I had the worst experience of my life with Dr. Downham. Was so rude and didn't listen to a word I said. Rushed me and my appt cause he didn't want to deal with it. Didn't change his attitude or anything after I told him he was rude. Reported him to the supervisor. My PCP did more for me than a specialist did. It's sad the absolute worst doctor I've ever come across in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!

Dr. Downham has been taking care of my skin cancer and eczema for many years now. This is a very personable doctor, easy to talk to, will discuss anything with you which is a good way to keep mind off of skin issues. He made a "smooth operator" out of me on my last visit 11/29/2016, lol. None of my issues have ever gotten serious, he keeps me in check and its always kinda fun. He truly seems to enjoy his work and doesn't look 73 years old.
