Dr Gurley may have been a good provider at some point in his career, but since the pandemic, his office runs more like a side show circus than a professional office. The staff are unprofessional, billing is erratic, the nurses are surly and the practice operates as though it is run by a Meth addict or a Schizophrenic. Decisions are conflicting, double billing is a regular issue and getting scripts called in can take weeks. Do yourself a favor and don't.

LOOK ELSEWHERE unless you want to only be valued for the $$$ you provide Dr. Gurley because he does not actually care about his patients...just making money. Dr. Gurley has lost touch with the reason he went into practice. I've been a patient of his for almost 20 years and have supported his practice from when he worked out of King Plow. I was recently laid off due to COVID and moved to PA to take care of my family. I have not yet found a primary care physician and was trying to get my Truvada refilled. After 2 emails and 2 voicemails, I finally received a return call stating I had to have lab work and a televisit. I explained that it's been just over 3 months since my last labs and I was unemployed and completely out of this medication. They filled my prescriptions for an entire year last year without any labs and now when I am unemployed and trying to help my family, they refuse to provide one more refill until I can find a primary care physician and employment with insurance.

Jeremiah is always both friendly and highly competent, and takes the time to get to know me and my healthcare needs, fostering an environment where my total healthcare and wellness are always addressed. Raul is also extremely competent, and has one of the best bedside manners of any healthcare worker I’ve ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone in metro Atlanta seeking a new doctor and doctors office to check out Dr. Gurley’s practice. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Gurley is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is extremely thorough and ensures you are on target with your blood work and in good health. He takes the time to understand your lifestyle and doesn’t judge. His bedside manners are good. A little dry but lightens up the more you see him. His staff is fantastic and are genuinely caring! The reason Dr. Gurley has his own practice is so he can spend the time with his patients and tend to their needs.

Just had another physical with my Dr. Doctor Jeremiah is fantasic. Discusses everything that I have concerns with. Goes over my history and current and past medications to make sure we reach my healthcare needs. He is fantastic and truely goes above and beyond for his patients.

I was pleased with Forest, but the practice seemed to be focused on money. I did not feel the patient comes first. Olga in there administration accounting office was rude and inificiant. I really had high hopes for this office iam sorry it did not work out.

I didn't have to wait an extended amount of time to get in for an appointment as a new patient. The amount of paperwork required as a new patient was minimal. The paperless process was very user friendly and intuitive. The reception on the day of my appointment was very warming and welcoming. Alicia Welcome was simultaneously personable and professional. I had my initial visit here with Dr. Elliot and he couldn't have left a better first impression. He was so easy to talk to, and understood what I was talking about when it got down to 'gay' health. The whole appointment was smooth, comfortable, thorough. The whole staff had it well run, not much of any wait time, and I was out in an hour. No complaints here.

My husband and I have been fortunate to be patients for ~ 15 years. Our annual physical exams are comprehensive but not excessive. Dr. Gurley is consistently kind, professional and thorough. Thank you is not enough for amazingly diagnosing early stage renal cell carcinoma and referring us for surgery. You always keep us up-to-date on vaccinations, too (tetanus, shingles, pneumonia...). Lovely staff, too! I highly recommend Dr. Gurley.
