in Newport, NC |
I met Dr. Bates and his PA Steve Huber yesterday. I came in with a left leg that was in intense pain and I was exhausted from trying to be the sole caregiver to my husband while in this pain. X-rays were made in the office. A diagnosis and a path to pain relief were made and thoroughly explained to me by both the PA and Dr. Bates. They asked questions about my life and were compassionate and kind. Bests orthopedic experience I have ever had and I will return to them with confidence and affection
in Jacksonville, NC |
caring, thoughtful, gave all possible outcomes (including possible complications) of hip revision surgery. All interactions with myself and husband were thorough and not rushed. Highly recommend this surgeon and his staff.
in Morehead City, NC |
Dr. Bates has performed surgery on my knee & ankle. He is very kind and caring during my visit with him which is so important to me. His office staff is efficient and also very caring. If you look at his training and background you will find he is excellent. I have recommended him to everyone I meet. It is a small town and word of mouth recommendations are very important and I am glad to share that with my friends, family and my church family.
