Dr. Barnard.....although quiet this man is good, very good. I am on vacation in rural North Carolina and had to go to another Doctor for my wet mac. degeneration condition, and what a difference. Severe stinging in the eye for hours later, a bloody eye, etc., etc. This never happened after...more

Dr. Barnard is a gifted doctor and surgeon. I have the utmost faith in him as my retina doctor. He is kind and very caring and has always taken excellent of care of me when surgery was necessary.
