Dr. Barnard.....although quiet this man is good, very good. I am on vacation in rural North Carolina and had to go to another Doctor for my wet mac. degeneration condition, and what a difference. Severe stinging in the eye for hours later, a bloody eye, etc., etc. This never happened after...Read More

Dr Barnard is very knowledgeable and kind. The Titusville office is efficient and assistants are nice and work well together.

Dr. Barnard is a gifted doctor and surgeon. I have the utmost faith in him as my retina doctor. He is kind and very caring and has always taken excellent of care of me when surgery was necessary.

Dr. Bernard is the best doctor I have found very humble, caring person, efficient, and dedicated. I had retina detachment and he did a great job. Staff is very good too.
