Had no insurance in 1981 but Dr. Banever fixed my hernia as a outpatient and it saved me a huge hospital bill. He is kind, funny, and treats all patients as friends. But he is a skilled surgeon who does his homework, and explains to you so you know exactly what is going to happen. He just took out my glallbladder and it was point on what I should have done years ago. Don't hesitate to call and see him, he is the best you can get!

He explained the procedure, told me what to expect and took good care of me during and after surgery. He is very friendly and empathetic and I would recommend him without doubt. His handwriting is a little hard to understand but other than that everything went very smoothly. :)

Excellent experience start to finish. A skilled and empathic surgeon. Surgery 5/102016.
