Troy, NY |
I really respect Dr. Bailey. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions or concerns you have about your eyes. The wait time can often be a bit long, but when you see the doctor, he takes the time needed to do a thorough exam. He doesn't rush you out the door.

i would go no where else they speak up as there are a lot of older people as patients and they can t hear
Albany, NY |
This was a horrible experience. I had to wait an a hour and a half for the appointment. it was really cold day but the air conditioner was on. the doctor must be 100 years old. and very snarky . he seems totally incompetent. the office staff is so unprofessional in his Greenville and Albany office. when you speak to the women at the front desk they scream your info so everyone can hear. The staff are horrible to deal with. a lot of fat, menopausal, rude ladies. avoid this place like the plague.
