The treatment I received here could hardly be called medical treatment. I was given pills that permanently damaged my brain. I was misdiagnosed as bipolar, when all I have is major depression with co-morbid post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. His billing department did not contact my insurance that I had at the time, and they just stuck me with thousands of dollars of debt for which they had no numbers to call to settle. I make 600 dollars a month. These are unacceptable practices.

Dr. Andrews focus is drug abuse. If you are not in this category you will still frequently be urine tested. This practice must be demonstrated as medically necessary, and in many cases it is not. The practice of one size fits all in psychiatric medical care benefits the practitioner in terms of financial gain and fails to individually assess patients requiring expensive urine testing which many insurers will not cover. Worse, Andrews has a monopoly in Shasta County and abuse goes unchecked.

Well actually I see Dr. Andrews co worker, Rob Blehm and he saved me from a major depression and gave me the right prescriptions to help with my mental condition. So I think they are great physicians and PA-C. I wouldn't change doctors ever again. I found the right one.

The staff is terrible, rude, unorganized and the doctors don't listen to you. When you get in to the office there is no guarantee that you will see the same doctor and because of this It is pretty chaotic and unorganized. Several times the doctors told the front desk to do something and they repeatedly didn't do it. I personally had to remind the front desk to do there job. When the doctor told the receptionist to put in my appointments they mixed them up. Don't come here. Your health is first.
