Dr. Phillips is an excellent physician but unfortunately his office closed abruptly on 10/31/16. A message was left on my voice mail (inaudible) I could barely make out what was said other than Dr. Phillips was closing his practice and that I would get a letter In the mail...where are my records!!!! I tried calling back but only got a recording. HORRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!! This has really put a bad taste in my mouth!!!

Dr. Phillips took time to thoroughly explain my back injury, he was caring, considerate and personable. Having back injuries himself from the military he thoroughly understood my plight as a retiree from the military.
