in Lady Lake, FL |
There are some real problems in this office. I've had 4 appointments and only 1 ended up with the provider it was scheduled with. For one procedure I had done I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and when I finally asked, they had marked me in as another patient with the same last name. I also had to call several times to get biopsy results. On mutiple occasions they would call and give a name to call back but when you called back and asked for that person you are often transferred several

Dr. Tran and his staff are wonderful. His billing is highway robber! Had 4 biopsies done. Three came back cancerous. One did not, it was an AK and just required a spray. When I was getting stitches out (which they do not charge you for, because it already costs an arm/leg to have each cancerous lesion removed ONE at a time.), they came in and sprayed the one spot that was previously biopsied. And billed insurance again, of which I now have another co-pay. It is ridiculous.
in Summerfield, FL |
Since I moved to the Summerfield area 13 years ago I have been a pt of Dr Tran's for quite some time. I have seen other Derm. but wasn't happy with the staff or treatment of the doctors. Dr Tran and his Entire staff have been Wonderful. They are the most caring, kind, thoughtful and GENTLE group of medical staff I have been to. I Highly recommend Dr Tran. He is very thorough in his exams and doesn't rush thru and he really listens to you when you talk or ask questions. You are important.
Horrible experience. He only cares about the bottom dollar not the patients! Go to any Doctor but him!
in The Villages, Fl |
I have had several surgical procedures performed by Dr. Tran, two of which would be classified as fairly complicated (at least by me) and his knowledge and competence were exceptional. One was the removal of a melanoma, the other an operation on my nose requiring a skin graft. Both were successful and professionally performed. Additionally, the certified physician's assistants working in Dr. Tran's office are exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and those who work with him.
in Fruitland Park, FL |
Both my husband and I experienced infections from procedures in this office. We followed wound care instructions as given. Having problems following a procedure, call backs were slow and often we had to wait til the next day for a return call. In my case the infection became worse and took longer to clear than would of been necessary had I had a timely response to my concerns. There were no provisions for concerns over a weekend when a RX did not get called in by staff.
