It is a True Privilege to meet with Dr Schwartz! He is brilliant, empathetic, Explains complex issues well and has an encyclopedic knowledge base. Prior to my appointment with him he had done a 13 hour neurosurgery on my husband with amazing results! I know how hard working he is, and his skill set truly makes him The Best! I trust him implicitly, and when I met with him I left his office secure in the plan he presented knowing there was no need for a second opinion! Dr Schwartz exemplifies The BestDoctor and is a true Credit to Cornell!

Dr Schwartz was my neurosurgeon for removal of a pituitary adenoma/tumor in January. He is among the nation’s leading neurological surgeons specializing in brain tumors and, post our initial consultation, I felt highly confident in proceeding. The surgery was a success and I’m so relieved and happy to have trusted and worked with him. I would recommend Dr Schwartz, Dr Dobri and their team at Weill Cornell to anyone.

Dr. Schwartz is an excellent neurosurgeon, he removed a meningioma on August 2018 and I am grateful to God and doctor Schwartz's skills because I am fine now. I know going for a brain surgery is the most scary thing that anyone can face. It is not easy, but with Dr. Schwartz and his amazing team you will be in the best hands. Christian Avila is awesome! He makes it easy to set up your appointment and he also refers any questions or concerns to Dr. Schwartz and his team. The nurses and every staff working in his office are very professional and caring. They always make me feel that they care and answer all my questions. If you need to go for brain surgery go knowing with confidence that Dr. Theodore Schwartz is the best!.

I will always be grateful that I had been placed in Dr. Schwartz's skilled hands for transsphenoidal surgery to remove a Craniopharyngioma. I just celebrated my 5-year post surgery with a clean MRI. From the first time I met Dr. Schwartz until now, he always combines his compassion with his brilliancy, and with his talent as a surgeon. I recommend Dr. Schwartz without reservations!

In my book, Dr. Schwartz is the cream of the crop in neurosurgery and the awards and accolades he has received are well deserved. He and his team were able to remove 100% of a tumor that I had been told for many years by multiple other surgeons was inoperable. They gave me my life back.

If you have brain lesion you don't need to go anywhere else. Dr.. Schwartz is who you need. In 2017 I developed severe sinusitis. I went for a preop CT of the sinuses and found out I had a moderate sized brain tumor. I sought out neurosurgery consultation at a well known NYC hospital. The surgeon I met recommend a traditional bifrontal craniotomy. I asked about less invasive approaches but was given reasons as to why she wouldn't do that. Being a doctor myself I knew there were alternatives I went online and researched my condition and found Dr. Schwartz. On consultation he was thorough knowledgeable, and confident in a minimally invasive approach to my tumor. After a Covid delay I underwent the surgery. I spent one night in the ICU, one on the ward and was home on day 3! And back to work in 2 weeks. No one can tell I even had surgery. I am now three months post and doing great. We are so grateful to Dr Schwartz and the wonderful team at Cornell.
