I had developed significant back complaints in 2010 and diagnosed with several issues that required surgery. The procedure, though quite extensive, went without a hitch. My post op progress was good and I continue to work up to the present with no immediate plan to retire as a Physician's Assistant. I had known Dr. Bernstein as surgeon of several of my patients never considering that I might require his expertise at some point. I have wanted to thank him personally.

He was a good physician but I had issues with a staff member several years ago. Now I'm having a hard time getting an appointment set up by his staff to date...it is like an ordeal in trying to get scheduled to see a physician with this office. I've been trying for awhile now and it's still to no avail. Patients should not have to wait two months just to schedule an appointment. If they can't see the patient then a referral should be made. This office gets zero stars from me.
in Wilmington, Ohio |
I had two herniated discs, Dr. Bernstein put my surgery off so long that I got a second opinion and he scheduled my surgery for the next day. I have permanent nerve damage. My new surgeon fixed both discs, Dr. Bernstein though that only one required surgery. I had to have 2 preliminary appointments each 2 to 3 weeks apart and then scheduled my surgery for 3 more weeks away. I talked to my family physician and got into a second surgeon a day later and had the surgery the next day.
