I went to see Dr. Cross for help with migraines and Thoracic outlet syndrome, which I had already had surgery for, but my surgeon wanted it to be managed by a neuro. She acted like she didn't even know what TOS was, never even touched me or examined me, and just increased medications for my migraines. I am an RN and feel as if I could have done a better job at taking care of this. I've worked with many doctors and Dr. Cross did NOT impress me at all. I will not be going back to this office.

Does not listen. Spent maybe five minutes in room with me. Prescribed medicine I had already taken in past that didn't work. Very disappointing experience.

Dr. Cross is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had. She is top notch in every way.

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
