Dr. Terry E. Passman, MD

I agree with the previous reviews that he is excellent and learned he saved me as well I have very hard to treat depression and I did have some experience with some terrible shrinks in the Mobile area, he was a godsend. It’s a shame that he doesn’t have five stars because somebody had a bad experience in the waiting room and the impression they were out just for money that couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Dr. Passman saved my life.

Dr. Passman is very knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and he will listen to you. There are a lot of terrible shrinks in the greater Mobile metropolitan area, and, if you have had a problem with any of them (a likelihood if you have seen any of them), then Dr. Passman might be the right fit. Negative reviews always seem to be by patients who got slammed with a missed appointment fee: yes, they are expensive, and you have to cancel 48 business hours in advance. However, I am okay with having to adjust to a stricter rule than those most practices have if it means I can have a good doctor. If you are in a bind or a crisis, then, no lie, Dr. Passman might just save your life. As I stated before, he certainly has a better track record than most other psychiatrists here. A man of high aptitude who holds himself to a high ethical standard, he can be trusted more than any other physician, psychiatrist or non-psychiatrist, I have ever met.

I was a patient of Dr. Terry Passman 35 years ago. He is one of the most compassionate and learned doctors I have encountered. He listened to my story. He changed my life. He gave me hope. I will always remember Dr. Passman for assisting me in understanding my frailties and not judging decisions I had made. Thank you, Dr. Passman.
