Hi Everyone, Yes, I would recommend her! She is the best... and I am a Registered Nurse. A lot of physicians JUST work out of their own "box" without really listening and understanding their patients. Dr. Engelberg responds out of the "box" to really help with what patients need. She is not afraid to see something new or old to help others. She holds true to her word.

Dr. Engelberg and her entire team are outstanding. Not only has she worked in tandem for my personal care with my physician, but she has gone above and beyond in her standard of care for me. She is the third Neurologist that I have seen, due to medical substandard of care of other physicians and she has more than adequately done her job. She is thorough, diligent and a wonderful Neurologist who is highly skilled. Her staff are superb and insightful. They are a well rounded, excellent team.

Dr. Engelberg’s office staff is solely the reason I would not consider taking her on as a physician. Her manager’s office is near to wait room and you are subjected to hearing her argue continually on the phone with patients, expressing frustration to the other office staff and dealing personally with every patient on a level of inappropriate rudeness and impatience. It’s not a comfortable environment. Her level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable to listen to.

I met Dr Engelberg after being admitted to the hospital for a medical emergency. Even though I did not know her, I was very impressed by her demeanor, knowledge and thoroughness. I made an appt. to see her two weeks later in her office. She very patiently explained my medical condition in ways that were easy for me to understand, I followed her advice and things are much better.

Dr. Engleberg is a wonderful fun and funny caring doctor. I have had migraines for over 50 years, and she is the first physician who has given me a great measure of relief. My migraines are under control thanks to her care and attention. She'll even sing to you!

I have been seeing Dr. Engelberg for 6-7 years. I gladly drive 100 miles round trip to see her, though I live 1.3 miles from a hospital, & a Neurologist. Dr. Engelberg takes a complete history & conducts a thorough exam. She takes the time to explain her findings, medications & the outcome of MRI's/diagnostic tests. She is warm, cheerful, respectful & conscientious about being efficient, so patients do not wait an excessive amt of time. She is an excellent MD & I highly recommend her!

Dr. Engelberg was my neurologist at kaiser when I had a spontaneous intracranial bleed accompanied by seizures. I totally believe I would have either died or been severely disabled if it wasn't for her knowledge. When I lost my kaiser coverage I needed a neurologist again to make sure I was still stable from my prior problem. I was so happy to see that Teri was in private practice and she accepted my insurance. I tell everyone they don't need to look any further for a great neurologist.

Really like Dr. Engelberg. She's always on time (which is so rare, and a reason why I hate going to normal doctor appointments.). She explains things and when I had my EMG, she prescribed Valium which made the test much more palatable. The staff is very nice, too.

Horrible. I cannot give even a one star for the way I was treated by the staff ant the doctor! I would not recommend anyone to this practice. The doctor is currently working over 70 hours/week and is not available to accepting new patients.

This was my first visit to Dr. Engelberg and I extremely pleased with everything aspect of my visit. She explained in detail what my issues were and what we needed to do to correct the problem. She spent a considerable amount of time with me. She made a difficult procedure very tolerable. On 1 to 10 scale, 10 being the best I would give her an 11
