Today was my first visit with Dr Cumpton. I have been in & out of several Pain Management doc by my choice because Ive felt no one got me, my condition & the poor quality of life due to my chronic unrelenting widespread pain. I have tried more meds than I can even say. I was very nervous about today's visit because I have been let down so many times before & I can say I feel very confident Dr Cumpton is going to be the one to help me regain some quality of life. SHE GOT ME!!! Thank you!!!!

The staff is so amazing at the Tavares location. Dr cumpton always takes the time to discuss anything I have concerns about and always explains everything in great detail without me asking. She is thorough and her bedside manner is fabulous. It is difficult finding a dr that does not rush an appointment or even that volunteers information or advice.
I am very happy with her services.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Anyhow, my mother has MS and was going to this "doctor" , first time we met her I said she has to be on something. She is VERY slow to respond, talks super slow, very spacey. Seems like she doesn't comprehend what you are saying to her.
Then she proceeded to text with a staff member of hers about a different patient, then looks up an e-mail about said patient. Right in the middle of my mothers visi

This doctor said " I am taking enough narcotic medication to kill someone". I replied "what can you do to help me I don't want to die"she said" I can do nothing for you "and told me to go to another doctor. Thank you so much dr Cumpton for your help. Worst Doctor I have ever met. How can a doctor in good conscience turn away a patient that is asking for help.

I consulted Dr. Cumpton with severe abdominal pain following cancer surgery. I was not treated like a drug seeker but was met with passion and concern. Her treatment fitted me with a pain pump that has allowed me to resume a normal life.
