My mother passed away under her care, as well. The physicians at Medical City of Mckinney do not work as a team. The hospitalist, the infections disease, pulmonologist, cardiologist never knew what each other was doing. One doctor would write a medication order and another doctor discontinued them. It was the worst health care at I have ever seen.

Dr Rajala took care of my dad at McKinney Medical. We were not at all satisfied with her care. She would come to see him late at night and his last night she said he was doing fine and passed the next day. We asked about hospice and she said he wasn't near hospice yet. I found she was hard to reach, didn't answer questions or concerns we had for my dads care. I would not recommend her, not sure what she really did to assist us in my dads last days. He arrived walking in and never left.
