I went to see him for back pain I was having. He did an X-ray and found one thing he thought it could be. He did some therapy he thought would relieve the pain but it kept recurring and I would have to go back. After a few visits, I didn’t think that was the source of my pain so asked for an MRI and was told it wasn’t needed (I‘m in my 20’s so I think my age had a big factor). I went to another doctor who did do an MRI and found I had multiple issues going on. I had to have back surgery not long after.

My boyfriend and I, ages 68 and 67, are both disappointed that he does not seem to actually do anything in appointments but insists on making one for every little thing. We are shocked at billings he then makes to Medicare and our additional insurers. The problem becomes how short of doctors this town is. This doctor is bad enough, though, that we may prefer to travel out of town since other doctors here are not accepting new patients.

He withheld my prescriptions because I did not want to take a blood test because I do not want to take medicine that I have previously taken for high tryglicirides (sp). So I took the blood tests and as I predicted he would harass me about tryglicirides. It continues so I will not return to him!

Dr. Rousseau is personable and fun. I have an intense medical history but he always makes me immediate appts when necessary and always takes me seriously. He even took care of my 6 month long blood monitoring for Warfarin, which meant I saw him pretty much every week! I am so happy that he's my doc - I have all confidence in him.
