I called 3 times to get a RX filled, it took them 10 days to call it in. I requested paperwork be mailed to me but they didn't write my apt # on the letter so I never got it. The office person answering the phone hung up on me when I called to rectify the problem. Unbelievable that he has this type of person calling in RX's and mailing out paperwork when she can't even write down an address correctly. They apparently don't care. no compassion.

Run!!! I have had such a terrible experience with Dr Zia, and I recently found out so did 1 of my coworkers. Fumbled labwork, refills, says he will call with lab results and doesn't. When I mentioned to my GP who my endo is she referred me to someone else due to previous patient complaints. He took me off my meds without warning, ran labwork, and even though they came back abnormal, he didn't refill my meds and I almost had to go to the ER. The lack of a waitlist should have been a red light!

I have been his patient for about 8 years now. I have recommended Dr. Zia to several people. He is a very, very good doctor and I have never waited longer than a few minutes in his waiting room or exam room. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I am very happy I found him.

I waited an hour and half and still never got to see the doctor on my last visit to Dr. Zia. I was not offered a reschedule time. When I asked when I would be seen I was treated as if it was an imposition for me to request to be seen at or even near the time of my scheduled appointment. There are signs saying patients are seen at their appointed times and that they do not operate on a first come first serve basis. Patients with later appointments were seen before me, though. Terrible experience.

Dr Zia himself is good. His front desk receptionist is wonderful. The issues I've had have all been with the scheduler/perscription girl. She never fails to call in an rx for 2 pills as 1. Or to book an appointment for the wrong day. Ect.
