Extremely low Emotional IQ. Egotistical, demands respect although he has not earned it, and caused extreme disruption in my wellbeing due to poorly evaluated prescription medication. After 3 months I have found a qualified and mature psychiatrist in the Greenville area who reversed both the emotional and psychiatric damage Mr. Taral did. I do not recommend him to anybody for your their wellbeing. You deserve, and can easily find, better than this man.

thank you. I like that they don’t push pills, like that they also provide therapy and recommend books and apps for depression, very eclectic approach, not like an average psychiatrist’s office. Clean offices and prompt response.

One of the best in upstate. Just for your information, more mental health professionals and medical professionals see Dr. Sharma than anyone else in the area. They know what other psychiatrist do and the way they practice. If you want benzos, stimulants or 'happy pill,' go to the other psychiatrists and get them. You will definitely not get it at this clinic unless you have a condition requiring this. If you want to get better and stay better, check them out. Does it makes sense?

Only psychiatrist providing Spravato (esketamine) and 3D TMS in upstate. Only 3D TMS in entire state. I haven't felt this good in 20 years. Have tried all psychiatrists in the area. He is the best.
