Horrible Staff
Took my daughter for a visit and because she has been having a sore throat for the past few days now. I called in to ask the office if there is a 15 min grace period and the lady at the giro t desk told me yes. My gpa states that I will be there 3 mins before the grace period so I continue to proceed to my daughter appointment. I get 2 seconds from the office and there is built up traffic where I had to sit at a standstill for over 3 so before I even go over the grace period I call back up to the office to let them know about the traffic by the office that will make me go over the initial grace period time. The young lady states well unfortunately we will have to reschedule your appointment. So I tell her you guys know how this traffic is and I’m not rescheduling because I just can’t help the traffic. Then as we are hanging up I’m talking to someone in my background. This lady sat and lied and told someone at the office I cursed at her. That was lie. So my children will not be back.

We have been going to Dr. Moon for almost 6 years now for my three kids. I cannot imagine going anywhere else and I’m so thankful she sees kids until they are 21! Her bedside manner is superb and you can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients AND their parents. She has always worked collaboratively with me when it comes to decisions regarding my kids’ health and I know that if I have questions, no matter how big or small, she will answer them right away. My kids LOVE her and I highly recommend her!

Excellent! My kids have been seeing her for about 4 years now and they have never had a complaints! She has great bedside manners, listens attentively and addresses every concern you may have! I have kids ranging from teen to toddler and she is great with them all!
