If it is longer than usual you need to understand that if she gives you as much time as you need you shouldn't be upset when she gives the time to others as well. Dr Hopkins is an excellent and caring doctor. She knows her field but her staff needs to be better with responses to returned calls of patient needs. Even after many calls you may not get a return call foe several days.
