I have been working with Dr Khan for the past few years. His and his teams compassion really sets them apart from my previous experiences with other offices. Their use of technology makes communicating with the office very convenient and effective. Dr. Khan has helped me control my diabetes, navigate a hip replacement with its complications and we are on our way to reaching weight loss goals. Having offices in both Springfield and East Longmeadow makes it convenient. To sum it up - great people -great care.

I like Dr Kahn, problem is you can never get through on the phone to talk to anyone and if eventually they call you back and you have a problem, you better be able to wait a month or more no matter what your problem is! Very frustrating what the medical industry has come to. Used to be when you described your problem, they determined if you needed to see the Dr that day or the next or fit you in within a reasonable amount of time and you could actually talk to a person instead of just getting voice mail and not called back

Highly unprofessional. Accused me of being unprepared because I didn’t do something Hebert never told me to do. Lied and said he called in a prescription that the pharmacy confirmed was never requested. No compassion.

I am not the doctor who gives people medicine proscriptions , you should be treated with turmeric and do not tell me what medicine you need - it is Dr. Khan words during my appointment time- how to respond to them? what kind of attitude is this to patients? Why do I have to wait three months for an appointment ? Absolutely not acceptable behavior for the doctor... so disappointed... so unprofessional. Do not recommend..
