After three CAT scans and six months of breathing problems I had Dr. Jackson check my moms lungs for fluids as she had been complaining of shortness of breath for three months. He listened with the stethoscope and said there was a small amount of fluid in there. It turns out there was 1100 cc’s And her entire left long was full. He misdiagnosed her time and time again starting with a clear diagnosis for cancer in July when she had 900 cc’s Of fluid removed and in September again After another CAT scan she was told there was no cancer. She then went in again in January complaining of shortness of breath, but no test and he sent her on her way. She had to wait 30 days for another appointment in February where he was too busy to see her and the head nurse sent her for another CAT scan. At this point he said he thought she had cancer. My Mom died April 16 without Dr. Jackson even letting us know she has stage 4 cancer. We found out through hospice. No pain meds! He should retire!!!

Outstanding one to one interaction, extremely thorough, attentive to every detail, insightful, knowledgeable and extremely easy to interact with. As a physician myself, he gets an A+, for his knowledge base, looking into new therapies, discussing plan of action and letting me feel I can interact with him if necessary in the future.
