Ok dr. Ali called and explained why we were kept so long waiting in exam room. I accepted his apology and said his nurse should have come in and checked on us and he could have explained when he came in to meet us. Anyway I appreciated the call back. Thank you

Twice I had been to another dermatologist about a small (1/4") red patch on my forehead. She said it was unlikely to be cancerous and froze it twice. It didn't go away and I was referred to Dr. Ali by a friend. Dr. Ali agreed that it was unlikely cancerous, but, he asked me about the scar on the back of my head. I had no idea. He had it biopsied and it was basal cell cancer. I'm now cancer free thanks to Dr. Ali really examining me. He's friendly and one of the best docs I've ever had.

A really good doctor who seems to be very knowledgeable and capable. Unfortunately, unprofessional staff. I've been to that office a couple of times. My last wait time was 1 hour before I got to see the doctor. The front desk staff were speaking on the phone loudly, and kept turning the music on and off.
