Rotator Cuff
I saw Dr. Hall seeking a second opinion regarding the diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff. I did not believe that was the problem, but rather degenerative discs C4-C7. Dr. Hall did a through examination of my shoulders, reviewed my MRI and Xrays with me (actually having me view the images). She and I discussed the possible cause of my pain and what triggers it, and treatment prescribed. I highly recommend Dr. Hall if you are need need of an orthopedic surgeon for shoulder.

Excellent Doctor!
Dr. Hall did a very complete assessment of my shoulder issue. She explained everything to me. I never felt rushed at all. This was a great experience. She did the same for my husband. I wish all Doctors were as professional and nice. I feel like I'm in the best of hands with her.

I am a professional musician and have demanding needs of my shoulder! Dr. Hall was thorough, empathetic, and wound up doing less surgery than she initially anticipated. She explained everything along the way including various possible scenarios. Maureen, her PA, has a fantastic sense of humor with a no nonsense approach to care. Both are highly skilled and think through solutions based on the individual. MOST highly recommended!!

Dr. Hall performed an emergency total reverse shoulder replacement surgery for me and has provided excellent patient care throughout the entire process before, during, and after surgery. She provides physical therapy in her office under her supervision to ensure optimal recovery of shoulder function. Overall impression is that Dr. Hall is the most patient centered healthcare provider we have ever encountered. It is obvious that you as her patient come first in all respects, and this is seen in all the healthcare settings outside her office as well, such at at Pardee Hospital facilities.

I just got home from my first visit with Dr. Hall and PA Maureen for further diagnosis (2nd opinion) on my shoulder rotator cuff tear. Both of these seasoned professionals were exemplary in every regard: patient, conversational, clear and understandable explanations of my condition. This was probably the best experience I have ever had in a physician's office and with medical staff. Every detail, from immaculate office setting to careful and attentive care, were nothing short of what the "new" medical industry should open their eyes to emulate. Both Dr. Hall and Maureen know their specialty in amazing detail. Not being owned by a hospital this practice is freestanding, independent and thus has the flexibility to provide this careful, patient and thorough care without having to look at the clock. Thank you both for an extraordinary visit today!

Dr. Hall is personable and an excellent listener. She asked pertinent questions and did a detailed evaluation of the problem I am having with my shoulder. We discussed options and the possibility of surgery. While that decision is being made, I have exercises she recommended for me to do now. I am very pleased to be a patient with Doctor Hall. Her credentials and training are impeccable.

Dr. Hall has done rotator cuff repair on both of my shoulders, one a number of years ago and the second on my dominate arm this past January, 2020. I have very much appreciated her skill, compassion, professionalism, along with thorough and clear instructions both before and after surgery. Maureen was also professional, tolerant and terrific keeping me on the right track adapting instructions to my needs as my recovery progressed. I have re-gained full range of motion in both arms subsequent to the surgeries and couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Hall, Maureen and office manager Judy. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

I had an appointment with Dr Suzanne Hall, April 27, she was very prompt. I had picked up forms that needed to be filled out before visit. That eliminated al lot of time in waiting room filling them out. I was very impressed with Dr Hall. I had Rotator Cuff surgery in 1991. I realized the pain was the same type pain I had before. The X-RAY showed bone spurs. She suggested a Cortisone shot which I readily agreed with. She took a tremendous amount of time with me, which is so unusual in a doctors office this day and time. I will go back to her, I will recommend her to my friends. Pat Schnyder

Well I left not knowing anything more than when I went in. I got called a" liar" by her physician Assistant, this really did happen and yes she uses the word liar. Everyone thinks she is great, guess I have to get much worse before she will diagnose me. She kept saying "well its not a rotator cuff tear". I know what a rotator is as I had one on my right arm several years ago, and the pain in my left arm is NOT the same. Guess I'll go to Mission Hospital doctor and get at least a diagnosis

Words cannot begin to explain the gratitude I feel for not only Dr. Hall, who is amazing, but also for Maureen her PA and Judy the Office Manager. I went to Dr. Hall for the first time in July 2018 for a second opinion on a reverse shoulder replacement I had done by a different orthopedist in January 2018. Long story short, the surgery needed to be redone. Dr. Hall went to great lengths to explain what was wrong with my current replacement and what needed to be done. She wanted to make sure I understood that my current replacement would never be satisfactory, and after her explanation, I did. It has taken two surgeries to correct what was done in the surgery of January 2018, but I think I am now on the road to whatever my new normal will be. Dr. Hall TRUELY cares about her patients and I am extremely fortunate to be one of them. I recommend her 100% to any person who has shoulder issues.
