What People Say About Dr. Susan Schmitt, MD
Reply
Truly awful experience. Constantly treated me like I was a whiner, or exaggerating my pain. Called my leg injury a "contusion" (bruise). I finally went for a second opinion. That MD ordered imaging and discovered my leg was broken. Schmitt works for the insurance company--NOT the patient. Her lack of empathy wasn't just offensive--it prolonged my injury and delayed my healing.
