Extremely rude, and rushed. I saw her for a septoplasty consult, and was shocked when she said she should have gone into plastic surgery and made more money.

Unfortunately, my father was treated poorly by Dr. Susan Rossi. Due to a work related incident (cutting through a steel door), my dad began experiencing tinnitus in ear. He has been suffering from tinnitus for weeks. He cannot sleep, is constantly nauseous as a result has lost over 10 pounds. Dr. Rossi called him back to the treatment room and then refused to provide him with treatment because it happened at work. I find her practice very unethical. Her lack of empathy and compassion is alarming

If I could give Dr. Rossi 0 stars, I would. She has horrible bedside manners. I took my 2 1/2 year old to her to check on his ears because other health professionals saw he had some hearing problems. He had his hearing tested and was referred to an ENT specialist to get an official diagnosis. From the moment she entered the room, she had a horrible attitude: from rolling her eyes to shaking her head at every sound and movement my son made. She was very arrogant and rude the entire appointment.
