Dr. Susan C. Pannullo, MD

Neurosurgery | Female | 54 years old

I am proud to be one of the few physicians in the world who is board-certified in both neurology and neurological surgery, and perhaps the only one also fellowship-trained in neuro-oncology. My neuro-oncology practice focuses on management of complex benign and malignant tumors of the brain and spine. My neurosurgical practice is dedicated to the use of a noninvasive technology called "stereotactic radiosurgery" to treat — without pain or hospitalization — tumors affecting the brain and spine, arteriovenous malformations and trigeminal neuralgia.Read more

My Acoustic Neuroma was treated with radiation, by an exemplary team headed by Dr. Pannullo. She is very experienced, smart, caring and explained my condition with all options, and side effects. My concerns were alleviated because she really listened to me. She was always responsive and reachable, even on weekends. Her follow up after radiation was excellent and the treatment had the desired effect and my symptoms have significantly lessened.

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
