I had an appointment with Dr Ignatius as a new patient but when I arrived I was told she was not in due to weather. I never received a call to let me know that the appointment had been cancelled despite having left a contact number when the appointment was made. They were dismissive and didn't try to offer an alternative. I told them that I was willing to see any doctor as I was a new patient but they made only a cursory effort to check the other doctors schedules. I had made the effort to come in despite the poor weather and would expect the office to be more accommodating. I rescheduled for the next day and gave them my number again but still didn't get a follow up text for the new appointment. Something is broken in their system and needs to be addressed. I felt that the staff was not very caring. The office should always contact a patient (on the number provided when the appointment was made) when there is a cancellation. I'll be looking for a doctor in another practice.

I have been going to Dr. Ignatius for at least 10 years, I feel she is very through and does explain what she is prescribing, etc. I don't feel that she rushes thru my appointment. There have been times when I've had to wait, and maybe because of her time spent with patients, that is why. The office is nothing fancy which is just fine with me, but clean and well maintained.

I like Dr Ignatius' bedside manner. She speaks to you as if you are intelligent and explains things thoroughly. I have thus far had a very satisfactory experience with her and I am pleased with the management of my medical issues. She seems to be a very thorough and contentious physician.

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! This woman missed numerious signs and symtoms and thus a proper diagnosis. My mom DIED as a result of her incompetance and lack of deductive reasoning. She has little to no bedside manner and she should have her medicinal license revoked.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Was given terrible service with her and i had a whole lot of billing issues with them that they would not fix. When i was with her she didn't even helped me or seemed to care. Shes a typical doctor you see for 2 minutes and then leaves you and does nothing. This is the last time i see any type of doctor like that, i would rather suffer in my bed then see another doctor like this. Very disappointed.
