Took my 16 year old son off of his ADHD medication, because he refused it. Then called Children's Services, because he doesn't take his antidepressant and he suffered emotional trauma from it. At the age of 13, however, children have the right to refuse mental health services and medicine. It's my fault that he refuses it, though. I've been trying to get him more help for 2 years, she doesn't listen to the parents. She only cares/does what the child wants, even if not in their best interest.
