Words cannot express the gratitude that we have for Dr. Susan Briley since Maurice oncologist Dr. Ma recommended her to him. During all visits, the surgery, and recovery, she has treated him in the kindest and most professional manner possible. Not only was the patient given consideration, but also the family and caregiver was considered and all questions were answered with no hesitation and completely. Thanks, Dr. Briley, for being a part of our medical team. We will always love you.

in Nashville, TN |
I seen Dr. Briley for colon issues that my regular Gastro did not help me with and she wouldn't treat me for my problem due to me seeing someone else. She also ordered an ultrasound of my liver. My diagnosis was reported as fatty liver that I had several spots. Never explain what to do other than follow up with my PCP. I followed up w/PCP he explain my issue was not that serious and followed me for a little over a year. She is not interested in explaining treatment to better a persons health.
Madison, TN |
She has terrible bed side manner and is not thorough. She is most interested in getting paid and not the well being of her patients. She will schedule you with no problem but is hesitant to or does not at all treat presenting symptoms of the patient
in Fayetteville Tennessee |
A totally positive experience from my initial appointment to my surgery. She is very compassionate and thorough. An excellent doctor and surgeon. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.
in Murfreesboro, TN |
I had a costly ($5k) surgery with her in 2013. Early 2016, I began seeing symptoms of the problem I'd had surgery for. Terrible waiting times (waited almost 90 minutes to see her AFTER my apt time). She was in the room maybe 5 minutes. Referred me to physical therapy. Now I've met my deductible for this year as of April. Why was I not informed of the PT post-surgery? The problem is still present and wouldn't be FIXED unless I had another surgery. I will be looking around for other options.
in Gallatin, TN |
Very positive surgical outcome--Dr. Briley is a competent, skillful surgeon who repaired a failed outcome from a previous surgery! I definitely recommend Dr. Briley for anyone needing help in her specialty.
