A totally positive experience from my initial appointment to my surgery. She is very compassionate and thorough. An excellent doctor and surgeon. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

I had a costly ($5k) surgery with her in 2013. Early 2016, I began seeing symptoms of the problem I'd had surgery for. Terrible waiting times (waited almost 90 minutes to see her AFTER my apt time). She was in the room maybe 5 minutes. Referred me to physical therapy. Now I've met my deductible for this year as of April. Why was I not informed of the PT post-surgery? The problem is still present and wouldn't be FIXED unless I had another surgery. I will be looking around for other options.

I was seen 45 minutes late because she arrived to work late. After I told her I had been diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids by a doctor in east Asia, and said I have pain when I sit and had blood on my tissue paper as recently as last night, she asked, So why are you here? She seemed a little angry. She said everything is normal, but there's still pain. When I used a webcam as a tool to see what it looks like, some clear fluid is seeping from a small crack in the anus where it hurts.

Very positive surgical outcome--Dr. Briley is a competent, skillful surgeon who repaired a failed outcome from a previous surgery! I definitely recommend Dr. Briley for anyone needing help in her specialty.

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
