Went for years, however Would never consider going again. Quick to anger, rude, judgmental, and always in conflict with my health issues.

She is rude, won't listen, and got angry with me for still taking a three month prescription she ordered 4 weeks ago. She thought the prescription was from 6 months ago, although she was the prescriber. I had toshow her the prescription bottle before she would believe me. Everything I asked, she challenged. I left in tears vowing never to return.

I haven’t had any problems with the receptionist or the in-take nurse. They have been kind and never rude. I like Doctor Binoy and do think she explains things to you so you can understand and gives you resources to educate yourself further.

The Doctor is OK, but the office staff one front desk and one nurse are very ruder and not caring at all. I had to leave the practice mainly because of their rudeness.

The woman at the front desk is very much bothered by questions and lets you know she is unhappy the client bothered her. I don't seem to get a warm and fuzzy feeling as a patient as the nurse isn't much better.

Station nurse at sign in doesn't have the patience to deal with sick people. Doesn't get things right over the phone. I showed up for my appointment and she said you couldn't come at 3pm I don't have an appointment for you. What I said was if somebody cancels I can come earlier, give me a call. Then says you and ever body else is sick. Wish a wise attitude. This was my second go around with her and the last.
