Despite her bad reviews, I gave a chance because I believe that everybody deserves a second chance. However, I regret. She was unprofessional. She does not listen and her arrogance and rudeness makes her an awful person.

She’s a good doctor, but good luck seeing her!! Her office is a MESS!! They’re constantly making administrative errors that YOU end up paying for. They have excuses for everything. If you have a 10am appointment, you’ll be seen at 11:30. They don’t verify insurance for bloodwork prior to ordering it, so you’d better know what lab you need to go to or you’ll get stuck with a crazy lab bill. If you have a procedure, they’ll take months to get authorization from your insurance, and then don’t bother to call you to tell you it’s approved or denied. You have to constantly babysit them. Like I said, she’s a good doctor but the office is a MESS!!!!!

Don't waste your precious time or sacrifice your health on this doctor. You will never see her and as directed by Dr Biegel to the scheduling staff, you will always be scheduled with a PA when you call to make an appointment. Dr Biegel herself has no interest in you or your health. The PA's are overwhelmed and it is a revolving door of new ones. As a patient, you will never able to build that all important patient/physician rapport/trust/bond. You and your health deserve better and you deserve and are entitled to be seen by a licensed practicing physician and not a never-ending rotation of Physician Assistants. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor from the get-go.

Please don’t waist your time coming to this office. The patient care is focused around laziness and neglect. You will be passed around all the nurse practitioners, probably will never see or meet Susan Biegel herself. The referral coordinator is a joke. I have never received a referral on a timely manner and it’s rarely correct. If you call and leave massages for her directly she ignores you, send messages from the phone room cuz the referral coordinator is a liar. The manager does not want to make time to speak with upset patients and she doesn’t take you seriously. Between doctors and staff this place is a joke. Waiting more than 2 or 3 hours to get to an appointment is unacceptable. How can you cancel your entire day for one dr appointment that should take 15-30 minutes? They need complete restructuring!

I have been going to Dr Biegel for about 5 years, I find the staff courteous and friendly. However I have an HMO and go annually for a checkup , I have never seen Dr Biegel. My last visit was horrible, was supposed to have a referral and had to call to get it. The NP didn’t have time to answer any of my questions. I have never been treated so bad! Finally referred to another MD, showed up for my appointment and they never faxed my paperwork work over. After an hour wait( it was lunch time) I had to make another appointment. Very frustrating! I’ve decided to change my Primary Dr and won’t be going back.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Biegel. I went in for my annual physical and she left no stone unturned to determine what kind of health shape I was in. As it turns out I had some pretty serious issues that I am convinced wouldn't have been uncovered by my previous HMO. She has set me on the right path to improve my health and I am grateful. I had to go through a lot of different testing but I am glad she pushed me to do it.

I was a former patient of Dr. Biegel. This Dr. is only in it for the money, not the patients. The doctor will fluff up appointments that don't need to be made to scam your insurance company out of money (because patient visits make the practice money). Your medical results will be withheld indefinitely unless you make an appointment just to go get them. They will not tell you your results, even if its a critical one. You have to make an appointment just for that. Office staff is incompetent, and ask you things that they should already know as your doctor (i.e. it should already be in your medical chart). Find another doctor. This doctor and their office are not good.

My last two appointments that I have had with Dr. Biegel somehow vanished from the system. Then I was called a liar by office staff. I have email confirmation of my most recent appointment request and they still tried to say I was lying. The staff is very rude and threatened denying me a visit if I planned on changing my doctor. I am a healthy patient that usually goes in 1-2 per year for annual check ups or for being sick. Almost every visit into this office and every phone interaction is negative. I have had this physician for 2-3 years and it has definitely been way too long. My only regret is not changing physicians sooner. I do not recommend this doctor’s office to anyone.

I wish I would of read these reviews before choosing her as my dr. I went in for a lump on my neck got an ultrasound and have been waiting for over a month for someone to call me in for my results. When I tried they said the dr hasn’t read them yet and the next time the receptionist said she’d call me back in a few hrs. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & immoral to have your patients waiting like this for results when the diagnosis could be serious. DO NOT COME HERE

I recently switched to Dr Biegel who was recommended to me by a family member who has positive experience with Dr. Biegel and like her very much. Maybe I would too if I ever got to meet her. I've had three appointments and each time waited over 2 hours. I have never met Dr Biegel. My first visit went well (aside from the long waiting time) I saw the PA whom I liked very much. My next appoinment was a nightmare. I waited 3 hours and had to have a pap test done by a student doctor who did not seem to know what he was doing. The exam room was not equipped with foot stirrups so I was simple told to put my feet together and spread my legs out. It was quite embarrassing. Waited 3+ weeks for test results and was called back for 2nd pap, was told I had an infection. After waiting 2 hours had pap and then was asked reason for my appt. because first test was normal. Humiliating waste of my time! I've also had problems getting prescriptions refilled. But seriously 2-3 hour wait time! Not for me.

This is the worst doctor for your primary care , my mother was diagnosed with cancer in October by Loma Linda hospital ,dr biegle never referred her to any specialist with all the symptoms she had showing , if we had not taken her to Loma Linda she would still be without a diagnosis, once you have cancer as her patient she never ever follows up with you as a patient again & you must do all the foot work for all your procedures, this doctor should never be your primary for any illness
