I had anterior total hip replacement 6 weeks ago and am already feeling great! Dr. Rana was very caring and extremely organized. He delivered clear direction every step of the way and provided tremendous support. I have the smallest scar; it’s hard to believe it already looks and feels this good. I highly recommend Dr. Rana, he really saved me and I am already virtually pain free because of his exceptional work.

I had an Anterior total hip replace in June of this year. Dr. Rana was my "2nd opinion doctor". I never would have had surgery if I hadn't met Dr. Rana. He was amazing. Explained in detail what the problem was and how to fix it. He answered all my questions and was in no hurry to move on the next patient. Explained how the procedure would go and what method he used. First doctor only did it one way and the recovery time was very long. 2 months in and I'm back to doing everything, but with no pain or limping. If you have hip or knee pain this is the man you need to see! The office staff is equally caring as well. I actually enjoy my office visits.

I had an anterior total hip replacement. Dr. Sumit Rana is not only an excellent surgeon(I was back to driving and walking without crutches in 2 weeks) but he is also an excellent listener and remembers his patients!

He told me the condition I had, gave me treatment alternatives (none involving surgery in this case), answered all my questions thoroughly, and proceeded with the treatment I selected. He's EXTREMELY good.

Dr. Rana performed a total left knee replacement on me four months ago. He has been thorough, clear and professional in all pre and post surgery appointments as well as during the surgical process. He is warm and engaging in demeanor and honestly answers all your questions to put your mind at ease. I would highly recommend him and will be doing a right knee replacement with him in another year.

Dr. Rana has a wonderful bedside manner. After doing a terrific job on my hip replacement, he was in my room the next morning to make sure all was going well. I was home early afternoon on that day. The follow up has been great with warmth and caring from this really fine surgeon.

I recently had an anterior right hip replacement by Dr Rana and it could not have gone better - He prepared me for it step by step and the follow ups have been seamless. I can't thank him enough or say enough wonderful things about him to anyone who is in need of this type of surgery. I had a left hip replacement ten years ago and the experience was night and day.

He took such wonderful care of me, explaining things carefully to make certain I understood. It is nice to know that there are doctors out there that really cares about his patients and not just another case.

Dr. Rana did my left hip replacement. I had the right hip replaced 8 years ago, and it was an ordeal, so I was very apprehensive going into it. Dr. Rana told me that he would do an anterior surgery, which would be much easier. And it was. I was home from the hospital the next day and was able to care for myself completely. I was walking without pain within a few weeks. I am so very grateful to Dr. Rana for giving me my mobility back.
