Dr kansal removed cataracts from eyes and placed a bifocal implant so i can see near and far without glasses. He put a drain in the eyes at the same time so i don't have to use drops for glaucoma. Great.

Dr. Does show up till after 10:00. Leaving patients waiting for over 2 hours. Then only spends 5 minutes with them. Very slow and disorganized office.
in Concordia, KS |
Dr Kansal is knowledgeable and efficient. There is often a long wait to see him because of the appointment system he uses, but he doesn't waste time waiting for patients who never show up. He always has a patient to see. Just bring a good book and you won't be disappointed. Dr. Kansal will answer any and all questions you might have even though it looks like he won't spend the time, he will.
Hutchinson |
Dr. Kansal has an outer and inner waiting room because he over-schedules patients. We had to wait over two hours for my mother's 5-minute procedure. Long waits seem to be the norm.
Office procedures are performed on certain days and times. Most of the time we do well with timing. However medical procedures are not always as predictable as we would like them to be. They cannot be rushed to ensure an excellent result, as on your mother. I am sure you will find many others who rush at times when they should not.
