Not getting anywhere
She didn't lift a finger to get any of my husband's records off the portal hse has full access to before his appt. Told him his cancer may have metastasis to the lungs and be resistant to his recent treatment but is in no hurry to get a pet scan authorized or order alternate test. When asked when peer to peer review will be scheduled to get over ride from insurance if possible was told by office staff that they are very busy with patients and when they have time they will get to it. My husband would likely die or get to a point where is cancer is no longer treatable before they get around to helping him.

I would not recommend Dr. Tobin because she is very cold, not organized and doesn't seem interested in prolonging life of cancer patients whose cancer has metastacized. We see her monthly, and she never seems to know anything about recent CT scans or other tests. After seeing my husband for the last 18 months, she still doesn't know his first name! I know he's not her only patient, but it just feels like she doesn't care. We have lost our confidence in her abilities.

Dr. Tobin has contradicted herself every single time she opens her mouth. She has been unable to determine where my cancer is coming from and has clearly written me off instead of admitting she's at a loss and helping me find someone who would be best for my care, allowing me to sit here and deteriorate and essentially die. Her care is anything but patient centered.
