Not my favorite
I was new to the area and chose Dr Garla because I could get a new patient appointment quickly. The office pace is too slow for my likening and I didn't appreciate some of her sarcasm and bullying regarding my medical priorities which were not many to begin with!

Best P.C.P. I've had in years!
I met Dr. Garla in 2015, for work related things: Rabies titers and treatment of the occasional animal bite (veterinary field). I needed a P.C.P. and decided to schedule a physical with her. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Finding competent doctors that also have an excellent bedside manner is seemingly rare anymore. There's a tendency to treat the patient as the illness versus a person that is ill. Dr. Garla and her staff are professional, compassionate, personable, and excel in overall patient care. Treatment decisions are discussed so I can make informed decisions about my healthcare. She has a holistic approach to medicine-she treats you as the sum of your parts. If I need a short-notice visit, she and her office have always been very accommodating. I recommended her to my husband, who never goes to the doctor, and now he too is grateful for her care. We know we are in good hands with Dr. Garla and her staff.

Dr. Garla is horrible doctor with no bedside manner. She is rude and shows no real care for you as a patient. Be prepared to wait well beyond an hour of your appointment time and to be met with utter rudeness.

Very friendly and professional. Not like other doctors who come in and do right to the science. She wants to understand the person and patient. For a guy who doesn’t like doctors and has white coat syndrome, this is the doctor to go see for sure.
