He gave up after 1 visit and 1 test... what do we do now?

Dr. Kundu and staff (Roma is the worst) are impossible to deal with. It took a "face to face" heated confrontation with the dr to get them to file for a medicine approval, after them doing nothing for 10 days. I called 8+ times to check on the status and they never returned a single call. They kept me on hold 30 minutes and hung up on me twice. Refused to give me sample meds until the approval was received. WARNING: Stay away from this neurologist.

Has took great care of me for almost a year he is straits the point but all in all I have have had nothing but good experiences in offices or onthe phone ... I will continue to see him as he has been very understanding and.staff are not rude I see him In Cleveland office I say keep up the great work and you ppl who don't like him prob don't like the fact he's so straight forward

Saw Dr. Kundu for two years. I can say he was the absolute worst doctor I've ever seen. He is rude & will not allow you to speak about what's wrong and why you are there. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me to see him. But on a positive note if he wouldnt have been such a terrible doctor I wouldnt have gone to a different neurologist, & my new doctor cured me within six months.
He was a great doctor

Dr. Kundu has little to be desired as far as bedside manner however their knowledge is great. The only downfalls that I have run across is communication. The answering service is always answering the phone during all hours and if the office actually answers the phone messages are not passed along or call backs are not always made. Other than that WAIT TIME is Terrible

Dr. Kundu and his staff were fantastic with my mom. She needed an evaluation for dementia. We were at the end of our rope and not sure what to do. His staff went above and beyond to get us the help we needed. I have never felt such relief!

Dr. Kundu is a very good doctor. He was very straightforward with me, but after I thought about it for a minute I realized that he was right. Time to make some changes.

Completely rude and disrespectful office manager, Kasey. Abruptly ended phone conversation by hanging up several times. Express Scripts is STILL waiting for the doctor's approval to fill two prescriptions. Family member has now been WITHOUT PARKINSON'S MEDICATION FOR 19 DAYS AND COUNTING. incompetent staff. Switched to his PCP which was able to process same two prescriptions immediately.

Dr. Kundu is one of the worst physicians, especially neurologists, I have ever visited, and I WILL NEVER VISIT HIS OFFICE AGAIN! He was very unprofessional, uneducated, and used antiquated methods of medicine and procedures. His office staff was also very disappointing. Please, if you do anything at all, please, please, please choose another neurologist.

Worst ever medical care or lack there of ever by this neurologist Dr Kundu! He cared nothing about the fact that I had a mild seizure just that I bothered him with a migraine. ZERO Compassion! He only wanted that copay and isn't helping me today but setting an appointment for tomorrow! What good does that do for my migraine today? Told me to take more medicine more frequent than he prescribed! Getting my medical records. I will NEVER go back here ever again. Sorry excuse for a doctor!
