Very personable and approachable. Does not push medicine if you do not need it; very honest. I never have problems getting in and I never have to wait long. I recommend Dr. Chikkala.

I found the receptionist horrible to deal with with a very cold and abrasive attitude not willing to help in anyway. They would not share the feedback I had from my first experience with the staff and had absolutely no compassion or empathy for the amount of pain I was dealing with from an eye injury.I really liked the doctor but unfortunately the manager and receptionist ruined any chance of building a relationship with this practice. I would highly recommend finding another practice

Dr. Chikkala is the best!! She and her office are very responsive. She's right on top of everything, I never feel rushed, always feel listened to, and she remembers what I have told her. The office staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She visits me at my assisted living residence. I couldn't ask for more.
