During this time, he was also a clinical instructor, aiding residents didactically and surgically."

I found Dr Rouse to be very patient, very concerned and very thorough. He explained the condition I was experiencing to my satisfaction and gave me a plan to go forward. The support staff were extremely friendly and professional and the tests they administered seemed tailored to the condition.

He saw my mom for a ripped retina and was treated poorly. He was rushing and frustrated coz he has an appointment for his son.
