New York, NY |
My experience with Dr. Touliopoulos has been horrible, wait time to see the Doctor (if you are lucky enough to see him in person) is between 1 to 2 hours. He did surgery on my knee, and never checked after me post surgery. I called the office to speak with him regarding my surgery without a call back. My 2 week visit, I was told Dr. Touliopoulos was late coming into the office and a different doctor saw me instead of him. Since surgery, I have not been able to see him once so far.

Dr Touliopoulous is amazing!!!! But his staff is horrible. They are rude, unprofessional and non proactive. They also dodge phone calls and provide horrible/lack of surgery aftercare. Doc, pls re-train or replace staff. Queens office is old and dilapidated. Stick with Manhattan office.
Dr. Tuliopolus should always get 5 stars, for he is a great Doctor. 15 years ago he removed my bonions on both feet. I never had any complications or pain since then. They never grew back. If anyone needs a bonion operation Dr. Tuliopolous is the right Doctor for it. If you have to wait for him a long time I strongly suggest that you wait. It is worth to wait for a great doctor then to have someone mess up your feet for life. Thanks a million Dr. Tuliopolous!!!
