I found my experience with Dr. Stubblefield to be excellent, and continue seeing him. His office and staff are also helpful and kind.
New York, NY |
It always takes FOREVER when you make an appointment at this office and this was to see the PA not Dr Stubblefield. After waiting almost 2 1/2 hrs, the PA said he needed to go look at my old records, on another 'system'. Shouldn't he have done this before or maybe combine my 2 files when my appointment was made. The receptionist was holding a patients baby, trying to answer the phone, work the computer and handle paper work, the 'babysitter' was sitting in the waiting room. I left!! Office COLD!
