My Mom began seeing Dr. Starr in his office nearly 25 years ago while suffering a heart attack. Just recently- he again came in to save the day. From day one he has always been so compassionate, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our family highly recommend Dr. Starr without any reservations.

I had a heart attack late June 2017. Dr. Starr came into my hospital room at North Kansas City Hospital and described my condition to me and advised me of the exact procedure I was going to have. After my procedure, he came into my room to describe how things went and even took time to show my daughter and me a video of the procedure. He is very caring and puts his patients at ease. I feel fortunate I went to North Kansas City Hospital and that Dr. Starr is my cardiologist.
