We left his office nearly in angry tears. Poor representation of St. Francis Hosp. He was uncaring, unsympathetic and short w/ us when we tried to understand the issue. He was irritated w/ our questions and basically told us he had 2 options but then asked if wanted to proceed with a procedure he wasnt sure would work-UNBELIEVABLE!!! His questions about our previous care led us to believe the other doctor was negligent but then he tried to cover for that doctor. He did nothing to put us at ease

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
